Privacy policy

This policy describes how AutoRunAds uses information when you connect a Google Ads account or call its tools through an AI client.

Information we access

When you authorize Google Ads, Google provides OAuth credentials for your workspace. The tools access account IDs and account details, campaign information, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and conversion value. We also process tool requests and campaign changes you submit.

How we use and store it

We use Google Ads data to show you the accounts and reports you request, prepare your campaign changes, and submit and verify the changes you confirm. Refresh tokens are encrypted in storage and separated by workspace. The service uses short-lived access tokens to call Google Ads and uses a browser cookie to recognize the browser that completed authorization.

Where tool results go

When you ask an AI client or other integration to use AutoRunAds, the service returns the requested results to that client. Its provider may process or store those results under its own policies. AutoRunAds uses Google Ads data to deliver these features and does not sell it or use it to train AI models.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

You can revoke AutoRunAds access in your Google Account connections. To request deletion of the stored workspace connection or ask how your data is handled, contact AutoRunAds support. Revoking access does not delete copies of reports already held by tools you connected.
